Frequently asked fee questions
What currency am I billed in?
All billing is in GBP sterling and prices exclude VAT which may be charged depending on your location.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you are free to cancel at any time without needing to contact us or jump through any hoops. We would love you to contact us if you are thinking of canceling, so we can understand why, but it isn’t a requirement.
How do I cancel?
There is no need to cancel the trial since it will automatically end after the 30 days. After the trial ends you will have the choice to sign-up, or not. Of course, we do hope that you will.
We do not offer refunds for partial months so when you cancel you will still be able to access the system until your next billing cycle is due at which time you won’t be able to access the system any longer.
Do I have to give a credit card?
No you do not – all you need to do is provide your email address and accept our End User License Agreement and you are good to go.
Do I have to sign a contract? What is my minimum commitment?
You will be required to sign a standard Service Agreement – If you would like to see a cpoy of this Agreement then please Contact Us.
What does per member per year mean? Do I pay for inactive or exited members?
We only charge you for members who have a status that means they hold assets in the Plan, or where they are being paid a pension. You do not pay for storing archived or inactive members, nor do you pay for storing potential members.
We are a registered charity, do you offer charity discounts?
Yes we do – you need to be able to prove that you are a government recognised charity in your locale. Please contact us for more information as charity discounts are manually set up and processed.
Who owns the data within the Aurora Solution?
You do! We do not own the data nor do we have any crazy rights like rights to sell your company or employee data to anyone – ever! The only exception to this is that which we are required to by law.
Is my data secure?
Yes absolutely – we have lots more information available, so drop us a line if you have any specific questions or concerns not already answered.
Can I pay by any method other than credit card?
You have the option to pay through a bank standing order, if you prefer. If you wish to pay by any other method, or require invoices then please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
